Activities
CSM-Agency acts as an intermediary between players and clubs, mainly aiming to ideally combine possibilities and ambitions on both sides of the football transfer, i.e. to achieve solutions satisfying both the player as a client and the club and its representatives as our partner. Through our activities and projects we deepen cooperation with our partners on the one hand and receive new promising contacts for future cooperation on the other, thereby expanding our partner network. All this guarantees to all stakeholders in the transfer that our efforts will be spent in their best interest and the services we offer meet the highest professional standard.
The agency operates on the basis of fundamentals in the competitive football market environment, with the objective to achieve the best possible conditions and find a desired club (player) for our client. This is achieved through a series of activities mentioned below, though they are different from case to case. They mainly include the following:
- Monitoring players and, if there is interest on both sides, having them sign an agency agreement
- Providing contracted players with legal, marketing, financial and health services
- Preparing and implementing transfers representing either a club or player
- Agreeing on terms and conditions of players’ contracts
- Looking for suitable players who meet club requirements – scouting contracts
